How it works


Our Desk stretches class adapts standard yoga exercises to be done while sitting for easy stretches you can easily practice everyday. Beginning with a brief meditation session, your team will be guided through simple desk stretching and movements, breathing exercises and meditation for a complete reset of the mind and better office postures.

Participants will learn:

  • The benefits of chair yoga
  • Arm, neck, back and legs stretch techniques
  • How to pair movement and breath
  • Breathing and meditation exercises

No equipment or experience needed. Perfect for newbies or experienced
